Trampolines

We are thinking of getting one in the garden for the dcs.

However, I have just done a quick google and there are some real horror stories around!

Are they really that dangerous?

Is the springless one ok to buy?

They are not cheap so I would really value some opinions before shelling out £300 quid on a death trap!

We've had a trampoline for 5 + years now, upgrading from an 8 ft to a 12ft as the DCs have got older. No horror stories at all but would never consider using one without a safety surround. No experience of the springless ones i'm afraid. FWIW it's probably the best garden toy we ever purchased!
