Morning

I'm starting the shred tonight - has anyone got any advice or tips that will help me and ensure I can still walk by Thursday?

Thanks.

Hmm.

Know that it may (and probably SHOULD) make you ache, if you are doing it properly.

However this will ease.

Don't use this as an excuse not to do it again - once you get going the aches subside (I am taking about aches people - not torn muscles etc!)

When you are doing it and it seems really hard, remember that it is only 20 minutes. That is NOTHING. And everytime you get to the point that you feel like you can't carry on, it's probably just about the time that she will change to the next exercise. There is hope!

If you stick at it, it genuinely will make a difference to the shape and tone of your body (but not if you eat lots of pies to congratulate yourself for doing your 20 mins Grin)

How did you get on?

Have you done Day 3 now?

My top tip would be to keep doing it everyday even though you might ache. The new days exercise does help with the aching.

I started last January and it has been body and life changing. Really.

This made me laugh! Good advice. I posted somewhere else on here that Shred has helped me with my endometriosis sysmptoms so much. I've lost some weight too, but to reduce my daily pain has been life changing.
