TMI warning. Swimmers do you "plug" yourselves?

Hello

Sorry, this is TMI I am sure, but where else can you ask this other than a M N board...

Have only posted on S & E a few times before.

Trying to get back into swimming. But since having my baby (who is actually a 3.5 year old) haven't really been the same "down there". Who is!?!?! And post swimming...well there is lots of water....(Not wee)

Just wondered if I am alone with my problem? And if others suffer, how do you manage? Thought maybe at tampon?

Puts me off going abit.

TIA
Ws

Just bear down when you are towelling off so the water drains out! The pool water isn't going to do any harm swishing around up there!

I thought it was normal... I always have to bounce around the room a bit after a bath to let the water out Grin

try going down a flume......

Hmmm. Try a mooncup? Might give that a go myself next time.

Erm ... I have a 3.5 year old and I appear to be the same down there as before. I thought the old 'bucket' myth was just that ... a myth.

Mind you, expecting dc2 now. Am I in for a shock this time?

I have this too! I just bear down and normally the water drains out.
