hey, is anyone here into powerlifting? I'd like to enter a compettion next year but don't kknow where to begin...

I noticed you didn't get an answer to your thread...I know zip about powerlifting but i know a female powerlifter who is entering the Olympics next year - she lifts 130kg over her head Shock. Happy to ask her on your behalf next time I see her, if you can be more specific about what you want to know? What are you doing at the moment for example?
