I had the tune in my head all day yesterday!

It looks like my Zumba instructor and a few people locally are getting in to this. I've dropped my 2h Zumba as I felt it was getting a bit "tame" I think because my fitness levels were getting better - but this looks good - it looks like a more fat burning level could be achieved than Zumba? ... :)

I'll let you know when I've been tomorrow - but it certainly looks quite cardio - which is what I need.

It reminds me a bit of Tracey Andersons stuff.
