Right - I need to do something about my general fitness - am starting to seize up like an old gimmer.
I am 50. Gym and clasees are logistically impossible what with full time job and commute, DSs etc. So I need a video that isn't madly full on which I can do two or three times a week.
Would anyone have any suggestions? I need to tone up and get fitter, and need to start gently!
