Obviously not if it remains in it's packet but if I actually put them on and do the exercises will i see some results?
All I do atm is the walk to school and even that's not every day but I really need to lose a little weight and tone up. I am just not keen on getting cold and wet whilst exercising so any grand plans to take up running would quickly fall by the wayside. Attending the gym or classes quickly gets very expensive and classes always seem to be at tea time or bed time for dds.
So will I get fitter and slimmer by following exercise DVDs (which I can buy very cheaply from Amazon)?
