I am ready to go down 2 jeans sizes in two weeks, but it all seems too good to be true. Do they work, do you know?
I do a reasonable amount of exercise and my BMI is fine but as the years roll by it is harder to stay the same weight, and the fat likes to settle on my legs and bum. It is now making itself at home on my tummy too... Do the hot pants work best on those with more weight to lose, IYSWIM.
