I've got Jillian Michaels 30 day shred which I like, but I want something that's not quite so intense but still a good workout for tired days. Don't really mind what I do, but I need it to have workouts of about 30/40 minutes that I can do at home. I was looking at The Firm, but just don't know how to decide what's going to be good. Any recommendations?

I love Davina's Super Body Workout. I don't think it's as intense as the 30DS, but haven't seen or done that so can't sa for sure. It has 2 x 40 minute workouts, and 2 or 3 x 50 minutes too, which are the 40 minute ones with a extra bit slotted in.

Yep, any of Davina's or Nell McAndrew's ultimate one is good.

Great, thanks. I always got the idea that Davina was postnatal stuff, but does she have general ones too? I've just had a miscarriage so really want to avoid anything that talks about losing pg fat or bfing or anything like that.
