I used to go to a class (beginners) but can't do it anymore. Can anyone recommend a DVD for me please?
I wasn't keen on the kettleworx one as it was quite different to the class I went to (I did lots of swinging exercises and the DVD uses the kettlebell more as a weight IMO) and I also find the bloke abit annoying.

I have these, you can't get better. It's worth paying for, you won't regret it!

Hello Cherry, I've got the one I first linked to and this one www.tacticalathlete.com/store.php?view_product=133.
The great thing is that you do a different set of exercises each time, so you never get bored with the routine. With the first dvd they are randomly shuffled and you can chose from 4, 8 or 12 min routines, with the second they are all 6 min routines but different for each day of the week Smile
