Does anyone know of a zero to 5k plan over 6 weeks rather than 9?

I've just been signed off by my physio after a knee operation and she said I should be back up to running 5k in 6 weeks. I need to start gently and build but I've noticed most of the programmes are over 9 weeks.

Does anyone know of one over 6 weeks or can adapt one?

You could just do the couch to 5k more quickly I suppose, ie do week 1 in 2 days (so it would actually take 4 days including the rest day between runs); or alternatively, if you are not starting from scratch anyway, why not just start at week 3 or week 4?
How long have you been out of action for?

I stopped running in December from my injury but didn't have my operation until March. I went 1.8k last night alternating 1min run with 1min walk which felt ok. I'll take a look at that thatnks strawberry
