Hi,

After 3 children and all 3 cessarians I have been left with a real large flabby tummy that just hangs there. It's really getting me down.
I'm trying so hard to lose weight, I am 5 5 and just under 12 stone.
I do 4 zumba classes a week and have just started jogging in training for the race for life.
What can I do to ge rid of this horrible lump of fat?

30 day shred dvd is good. I staretd it just after Xmas and was then in a car accident so have had 7 weeks off from it. Just started it again yesterday and though too early to see any results I can feel my tummy muscles aching. Gets loads of good feedback from other MN'ers.

I have one word for you shred

It is the only thing that has made me tone up - I saw a change in my tummy area within about 10 days.

Lots of threads about it on here -think there is a specific shred thread somewhere...

I'd check with your doctor, checkmate. I started when DS was 10 weeks old. Natural birth.

have you got a gym ball - i do tummy crunches on the ball and my post c section tummy is flat as a pancake. do as many as you can at a time and then you only have to do them about every 2 weeks. if your tummy hurts the next day then you're doing it right
