Since my ex left I've lost 5lbs in weight (this was only a week and a half ago!!). I feel great, refreshed - FREE - optimistic - I want to make the most of this new lease of energy and I've been wanting to go jogging for ages but I'm scared I'll look stupid. Its probably a throw back to secondary school when, during PE one girl said to me "you run really wierd, don't you"
How do I get over my self conciousness???
