Pelvic exercises and sanitary towels while running.

Don't worry, it will stop eventually. (Well, get better anyway!)

I can sympathise. I have a prolapsed uterus which is murder when I'm running. I tend to find it depends what time of the month it is as to how aggrivated (and how much I wee!, guessing hormone related. Definitely keep up with pelvic floors - every day, little and often.

my running routes usually involve a couple of public toilets or quite trees/bushes! Also cutting back on caffeine as this can irritate the bladder.

I feel for you. Keep doing the pelvic exercises. Maybe worth chatting with your gp about it.

Do you suffer any other time?

If you see your GP and get it diagnosed then you are eligible to purchase, VAT free, one of those electronic pelvic exercisers which WORK A TREAT, eg the Athena Pelvic Exerciser. This will help get you back to shape very quickly - it did me. I can confirm that time helps too if you keep at the pelvic floor exercises although they are tedious to remember to do.
