I need a beach body by end of May. I have a gym card but can't go to ANY classes (not included and can't commit coz of DCs)

What do i need to be doing IN the gym - ie which machines for how long? I realistically can only go 2x a week. And it must not include swimming.

Desperate areas - belly and muffin top other bits need toned thighs and bingo wings.

I have weak wrists so can't do weights.

does your gym offer personal training/nutritionists? sometimes the first session is free and you could ask them what they think.
it depends if you need to loose weight or just toning.
loosing weight: cardio exercises
toning is usually done with using weights so not sure how you could do that without them, a professional would know though.

Hi

I have pretty much same criteria as you and following a session with a personal trainer at my gym I was advised to start with:

10mins on stepper/bike/treadmill to warm up
30mins cardio on x-trainer or treadmill, doubling the pace every 5 mins- eg, so level 4 for 5mins, then level 8 for 5mins, then level 4, etc
10mins coll down on rower/bike

weights- I dont know the proper names for them- but the thigh ones, for inner and outer thigh, the lat pull down for upper back and arms, shoulder press, chest press and leg press.
Also- stomach crunches. I started on 20 a day and now I'm up to 100 a day! And I can see and feel a huge difference in my stomach.

PT is not included in my membership (I am on GP referral so it's PAYG which basically means i can go for a couple of £s at whatever time of day but i get no benefits)

I want to lose weight, prob don't need to lose as much as i want to though (make sense?)
