Does anyone do Body Combat? If so have you lost weight?

I have been doing Body Pump and have been two or three times a week, combined with watching what I eat. I have lost weight, but want to lose more. I tried the gym - treadmills, arc trainer, but it is just so booooooring and I need to keep motivated or I will stop.

So I enrolled on Body Combat class tomorrow. I was just wondering if anyone else has had good results. It looks quite energetic and I am hoping I will manage to keep up for the whole class Wink.
I need to lose 3 stone. Blush

combat is a good high intensity workout, I would say you need to give it 100% in terms of effort and technique - it does hurt! I would also suggest a spin class if you want to burn calories

We have lots of spin classes at our gym, but I just want to do one that is not going to kill me! I have seen Combat classes because it is the one before my Pump class and it looks like something I won't get bored with easily. Will give it a go tomorrow morning. Some people go straight into the pump class after combat - I guess they must either be mad or super fit Wink

spinning wont kill you :) Give it a go its really good for burning the calories and fitness....

My friend came with me to body combat and with weight watchers and combat 3 times a week lost 2.5 stone in 4 months.
She had been on weight watchers for a year with very little weight loss before then.
You will love it, its on youtube if you want to see what your in for.
