carrying baby in a baby carrier or pushing in a pushchair? DS is about 8kg and pushchair 11kg.

Don't know for sure, but I would guess carrying the baby in a carrier.

Plus, if the baby is in a carrier, you are able to use the stairs instead of the lift which would help too.

Entirely depends what you're able to do when you're pushing/carrying! You need to be walking fast enough to be out of breath so you can still talk but not hold a long conversation without huffing and puffing.

I hear buggyfit is very good Wink
