What is the best Couch to 5k to use?

I had a look at the NHS one yesterday, seems ok. Are they all pretty much the same program? Does one have better music? Appreciate any advice. Thanks

I have recently started this and am using this one that was recommended to me by someone on a thread on MN.

It is very clear and straight forward, you add in your own music from itunes, I use my iphone. I am a fan of it!

In the last week they have added in a GPS bit so I can see how far I go and my rate etc.

I do recommend, but not sure if it would go on a ipod

I'm using the same one as Piste and it's really good- works on my iPod touch by the way.
