can i still go with a cold?
ive not had a cold since i started doing regular exercise. this week i slipped - i didnt go to the gym on monday and now ive got a cold!
i think im going to feel worse if i dont go tomorrow - i feel like im slacking. and missing just once seems to lose my impetus, so despite the cold (its not a stonking cold - just a cold) do you think it would be ok to go and just do some weights, some rowing, cycling, that kind of thing? not planning on getting too puffed or sweaty....
