There's a class at our local sports centre tomorrow morning and the brochure is typically obscure about what it involves. It says it's for all Hi-Lo enthusiasts and challenges fitness as well as co-ordination. Even the receptionist didn't know when I phoned up to ask!
I can keep up with a general aerobics class, but would probably struggle in one of the really high energy classes.
Does anyone have any experience of this or is it unique to my Sports centre?
