Without a Deal make "Revoke Article 50" the default action.
There is now a grave danger that No Deal will happen simply through inaction. To avoid this catastrophic outcome, the default position must become not No Deal but a revocation of Article 50.

I know it doesn't help but at this point I do think yes, fuck them. They have done so much damage to this country already and seem determined to do even more. Have a look at some international press if you don't believe me. And for what benefit? Most Leavers I know were motivated by nothing other than racism, any price is worth paying to get rid of foreigners as far as they're concerned. And yes I know, not all Leavers are racist before anybody complains about it, but in my real world experience, most I know personally absolutely are and don't even bother hiding it anymore.

Surely if you wanted leave if wasn't the mess we have at the moment. I considered leave very carefully during the Referendum camaign and can see why those that chose leave might have done. It's not fair to state all leavers were racist.
The Eu is far from perfect but how our politicians have acted in parliament recently gave me little hope of them being able to negotiate trade deals with anyone.
We cannot return to the turmoil in Northern Ireland that no deal would cause and the pain caused to those whose life depends on avaiability of medicine which would be disrupted by the chaos of leaving with no deal.

If you read the petition, you would know that it is about rethinking the Brexit strategy so that the country can leave in a way that allows for trade deals and we are not at risk of not having the epilepsy medicines that are needed to keep everyone safe. ( Ex has a fit while driving, it is not just ex and the children that are killed, it will be innocent motorists or pedestrians too. ) No driving, no work, no money for maintenance, lost house, etc etc.

When was that said? I don't remember that ballot paper saying people should only choose leave if they are prepared to accept no deal.

My parents decided to vote leave even before the remain campaign sent out the scare monger leaflet that forecast doom and gloom even by just daring to vote leave. Main reasons were:

Dislike of Brussels

Immigration wrecking the UK

Since the leave campaign promised every form of Brexit from soft to hard to every leave voter I think revoke should have been the default all along anyway. Especially given that the government arbitrarily chose the hardest of Brexit option as "the will of the people" - or more accurately the will of a small minded Ill informed minority! Both parents worked in NHS most of their lives and saw how it became overloaded by the immigration invasion that started in 2004 under labour.

No. Not the people that worked in NHS, but all the others that used NHS and A&E for free treatment. Health tourism.

Government is correct to ignore as the online petition can be signed multiple times by the same person and by those under 18

Oh NOT the health tourism bit again! Anything to turn anyone into a racist. Large conglomerates not paying taxes, no populist aggression, but people using a squidgy bit of the NHS resource gets the full racists profile. Your parents remain as described.

Mr Barnier and Mr Junker are 'selected' by MEPs to represent the EP/EU so no while they are not elected as such, they are figurehead representatives who present the 'corporate' pace of the EU when dealing with China/Russia/USA etc. They do not have powers to make laws or legislate, but have power devolved to them from the EP.
The fact that after 3 years 'leavers' haven't managed to come up with a practical approach to leaving, or even decide what exactly which elements should be dropped.
Come to think of it, they haven't managed to make any suggestion about HOW the UK is going to progress anything above 'survival', let alone be the new superpower that some deluded idiots were spouting off about.

I'm actually very grateful to the immigrant doctors and nurses who saved my life when I had sepsis, the consultant who was from Spain was marvelous with a bedside manner to envy and most of the nursing staff were from EU Countries but doing admirable work.
Why don't folk think about who works for the NHS rather than rant on about those who use it and why do folk rant about unelected EU bureaucrats not realise the fact that we have EU elections. There's a person my Mum knows who spouts dangerous shit but can never ever back up his EU rants with any facts and didn't know that we'd pay tariffs to others to trade he just thought everything would be hunky dory
