Someone?

Anyone?

www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2018/09/27/boris-johnson-plan-better-brexit/ (Behind a paywall, but the content is as we have come to expect - sovereignty blah, take back control blah, proud British nation, vile EU superstate, spineless PM, f**k the country blah ad infinitum for 4,000 words).

A man whose moment has passed, or our next PM? (Could it get any worse?)

Boris’s wife has at least chucked him out. So has Theresa. No one trusts him. He should go back to have I got news for you.

**at last

His latest brain fart is to build a bridge between the UK and Ireland Hmm

He reminds me of Nosher Powell’s portrayal of the Home Secretary in “Eat The Rich”.

Showing my age, there 😊

Theworldisfullofgs · 02/10/2018 15:41

He is a narcissist.

Ta1kinpeace · 02/10/2018 16:05

Tanith
I LOVED that film Grin

lazysummer · 02/10/2018 23:05

No respect for him. None at all.

bellinisurge · 03/10/2018 09:02

He's a knob. A useless knob. Gets a lot of attention but can't deliver.
Rehashing third rate Churchill impersonations does not a statesman make.
And Corbyn is a knob too.
For balance.

From Pete North this morning: He articulates the views of grunting simpletons because it buys their devotion. Sheep like to be told they can have what they want, no compromises are needed and the world is simpler than it appears. Sums it up for me.

He's a lying cheating misogynistic racist cunt

wrongsideofhistorymyarse · 03/10/2018 22:14

bigtimer you're doing a disservice to cunts there.

Boris is a snake. He'd sell us all out for personal gain.

SoloD · 04/10/2018 11:12

I campaigned for him during the mayor of London Campaigns.

Regretting that now. Absolutely self-serving scum bag.

Just leave this here Shock

www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-politics-45746322/tory-member-has-i-love-boris-johnson-tattoo

Conservative party member Jade Smith has an unusual tribute to a leading politician, which she showed off to his father.

(Apologies, as it's one of those increasingly lazy video clips you have to watch, rather than more sober journalism. I'll be honest, I CBA, since the meat of the story is there).

BlackForestCake · 08/10/2018 00:21

He’s a sociopath much like Trump. Only he is much more intelligent than Trump, which makes it worse.

BWatchWatcher · 08/10/2018 06:52

Nope.
If he had a plan, where was the plan when he was the foreign minister?
He is a twit.

TheClitterati · 11/10/2018 22:27

Respect Boris Johnson?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Annandale · 12/10/2018 15:59

In the words of Clive James, who was referring to Barry Manilow, 'Nobody you know can stand him. But everybody else thinks he's great'.

I presume he must be more fun to talk to than he seems, given the number of really terrific women, and Petronella Wyatt, who entertain him.

Though I did feel a flicker of surprised respect when he firmly nailed Salisbury on Putin. I didn't read much analysis of that at the time, so I don't know whether this was Boris's supposed intellect and chutzpah being deployed to good effect, or not.

His latest brain fart is to build a bridge between the UK and Ireland

Between NI and Stranraer in Scotland. It’s a really good idea and should be pursued.

prettybird · 16/10/2018 09:38

Yes, a really good idea Hmm

Posted by a friend whose dad was a civil engineer who specialised in bridges (she spent her childhood visiting bridges he designed). He's retired now but has just laughed at Boris' proposal.

Does anyone openly (or even clandestinely) admit to respecting Boris Johnson?
