Hugs RiverWhy words can't convey enough thoughts, I lost my Gran to dementia, not the same all but it helps me to remember the times when I was younger before she was ill.

Hope you have RL support. Brew Flowers

I am so sorry for your loss.

I don't know if this is helpful or not, but I hope so, and will post it anyway. I had a near-death experience, about ten years ago. I saw the bright white/gold light, a garden, all the usual things. I heard my name called and ran towards the light. There was an overwhelming sense of love and joy. Love so great that forgiveness was no longer an issue. Joy so great that one would never wish to be parted from it. I was asked if there was anything left I needed to do, and I replied that I thought my dd hadn't finished with me yet. Instantly I was back in my life. The experience left me with a conviction that there is something afterwards, its not necessarily much like what comes before, but there is love and joy waiting and none of us, not one, is excluded.

May your mum have reached love and joy. Thinking of you and hoping you can find some comfort.

janethegirl2 · 22/09/2015 22:05

Friends you can call?

Samaritans? At least you can talk about your feelings!

Or just go out and dig your garden ( I know, I'm weird, but that's what I did when I was told my DDad had died.... And it was therapeutic, by torch light tho')

RiverWhy · 22/09/2015 22:07

May your mum have reached love and joy

this, I am hoing this
