surreylady · 02/02/2009 18:10

Kaz - we must have walked past each other today - tomorrow I will wave at everyone - do wave back

kaz33 · 02/02/2009 18:14

I met a lady walking up bright hill who had walked from Godalming to her job at the hospital. I was very impressed as I had found Sainsburys tough enough.

giantkatestacks · 02/02/2009 18:18

bloody hell that igloo is amazing...if dp is home tomorrow am going to get him out there - he was talking about using a midsized lego plastic box for the job today...

cece · 02/02/2009 18:20

The igloo is mightily impressive Must show DH later!

Rachmumoftwo · 02/02/2009 18:25

That is amazing! I will show DH if we are lucky enough to get a snow day tomorrow (not much in Somerset).

Smithagain · 02/02/2009 18:40

Thanks!

Leatherhead Trinity definitely closed tomorrow, according to a friend who's on the staff.

policywonk · 02/02/2009 18:41

at us all getting our men to make igloos. Another reason for them to curse MN.

LOL yeah I heard it

CrackerNut · 02/02/2009 18:58

You'd think they'd tell Birmingham city council wouldn't you ? There website is still shwoing no blanket closures.

janeite · 02/02/2009 19:00

It's been on the radio and is on the BBC website and BRMB website. I think the council shut up shop early, though I'm surprised nobody has bothered to update the BGFL.

CrackerNut · 02/02/2009 19:01

They have just done it.

policywonk · 02/02/2009 19:01

It was taking Surrey ages to update their website earlier in the day. Probably only one computer-literate person made it into work today.
