I would love to get pissed but have a set of books to mark and a day to prganise. Am sailing a bit close to the wind on the alcahol front.

I can't spell sadly mummyloveslucy, I was corrected by my year 11s twice today and used affect/effect wrongly.

I teach RE although it was a humanaties lesson I was observed in.

It just shows what a difference a school makes and how subjective it was. Two years ago I got a satisfactory as one kid in the room refused to work and I was observed with my most challenging class. Last year it was a good with again another very challenging class.

Well done you! I don't think some people realise just how many things need to happen in order for lesons to be graded outstanding.
