hah, the 11+ I took was a sight harder than that.
Must be my age...

almostanangel · 09/04/2006 18:25

i gt an A!!

purpleturtle · 09/04/2006 18:29

I got 66.5 but can't get it to show me a grade due to my pop-up blocker.

purpleturtle · 09/04/2006 18:30

I assume I would have passed, given that I did actually go to a grammar school. Don't think my brain's deteriorated that much! Smile

alexsmum · 09/04/2006 18:31

49.5 a D. every time it's the numbers that let me down.that's why i've failed gcse maths 3 times!!!

PinkTulips · 09/04/2006 18:50

62 Smile

katetee · 09/04/2006 18:57

JoolsToo · 09/04/2006 19:09

going to do that one later charliecat

ItalianJob · 09/04/2006 19:21

B2, 56.3.

fsmail · 09/04/2006 19:27

56.8 and Grade A. I must be really old!

DumbledoresGirl · 09/04/2006 19:28

I got 67.9 which was upgraded because of my age (I take exception to that actually!) to 68.8 and was a Grade A.

I rather expected that, as my teachers were gutted when I was 11 that the 11 plus had been abolished a few years before I could take it as they knew I was sure to pass.

Blandmum · 09/04/2006 19:33

I would have failed the 11 plus as I can't spell and I an totaly crap at mental maths.

Still got into oxford though, which just shows that

either the 11 plus wasn't as fair and accurate as it made out

or

Oxford isn't as high falutin' as it makes out

{grin]

SparklyGothKat · 09/04/2006 19:39

47.2% a D grade... dumb one here

roisin · 09/04/2006 19:41

I enjoyed the second one charliecat - exercised the braincells! I daredn't admit my score though, as JT will call me a swot again Grin

I think I just have one of those sorts of minds which is useless at lots of things, but rather good at this sort of test!

threebob · 09/04/2006 19:49

I got a B2 - I wonder if they factored in that I was educated in the 1980s, the time that grammar teaching forgot.

JoolsToo · 09/04/2006 20:42

swotty roisin! swotty roisin!! Grin

I am happier now - I got 76% with that one even though I omitted 2 of sums Blush - I come into the 'genius' bracket [proud emoticon]

JoolsToo · 09/04/2006 20:43

my cuppa has gone stone cold while I did it! Grin

charliecat · 09/04/2006 20:52

my brain hurt just reading the questions, havent done it myself yetGrin

OP posts:
Hallgerda · 09/04/2006 20:52

65.9, raised to 66.8 because of my age (why?), grade A.

JoPG · 09/04/2006 20:58

62.6
63.2 for age related bonus!

I passed my 11+ at 11, so at least I've not forgotten everything!

Dizzymama · 09/04/2006 21:02

59.4 - I got an A Blush
The sad, sad thing is I'm very pleased - probably more than I should be!!!
