I'm shocked - I've had a listing removed as it breaks their rules

It's for a swimming nappy/bikini age 0-3 years and they've emailed me to say they've removed it, informed my bidder and said "you're not allowed to list erotica or sexually oriented materials on eBay".

The Ann Summers toffee body sauce is still up and running and has 5 watchers!!!!

The only thing I can think is that in the heading I described it as a swimming nappy cum bikini. Maybe they've picked that up on an automatic search for certain words.

Hi - hope this is OK to post. I had my daughters nappies removed from ebay a few weeks ago for the same reason. I decided to do something about it and setup The Used Nappy Company, you can buy & sell used nappies on my web-site usednappies.co.uk. I hope this is of help to other parents. Sarah

i have just managed to sell some used nappies on ebay, I advertised in aout 5 different lots and all but 2 ads were pulled but no where in them I put used, I said things like preloved instead. annoyed that some got pulled but pleased that 2 didnt and I got top dollar for them too - yay. But, I think if they catch me trying to put any other ads on in future they will suspend my account

just read this and am laughing out loud I can't believe you wrote 'cum'

sjrb, I've just visited your site and it looks excellent. I really hope it takes off. I really like the way you can see the specific make and size easily.

You should think about taking a small business ad out on here to publicise it.

I can't believe this whole saga, especially as I've just had to contact them to report a "Nazi Holocaust" logo headscarf

Fascist intolerance vs. useful items of babywear - you decide.
