So I know I'm a binge eater. I've been trying to use self help books to cure it. But so far I don't feel many of the books reflect me. I'm not bulimic. I don't just eat anything. I plan a binge and buy specific food for it. I would never eat that food in front of someone else. I would never tell anyone about the binge it's all done alone and secretly. So today I started planning my binge around 2pm bought the food at 3pm, had a normal dinner around 6pm and binged at 9pm. I can't do breathing exercises for that length of time. I don't struggle to eat a normal dinner and can easily eat that dinner in front of people and i never binge eat randomly from my fridge. It's always specific food.
Can anyone recommend a book that might reflect the above?
