Hey all, so got the x’s form E and he’s made large payments to his family members in the last couple of months.
obviously I will raise these points but how many have been successful with this kind of thing please?
hes also not attached documents like his business accounts and lied his way through the whole form 🤦🏼‍♀️
it’s so frustrating when I have been so honest with mine.
thanks for taking the time to read this. I guess I’m just after some reassurance really.

If you are going through a decent solicitor they should pick both of these up and if no answer is forth coming pass it on to the judge for their consideration.

Thank you I’m meeting with my solicitor Thursday our first court date is in 2 weeks.
it really sickens me the lies he’s told it’s just so awful. X

He'll have to show bank statements and it will be not looked at favourably that he has done this at this time.

He has given his bank statements which is how I found out about these huge cash payments x

Some men are such shits. I’m sorry he’s doing this.

He’s stupid too leaving a paper trail. He should have withdrawn cash and said he lost it gambling. Everyone knows that!

Ahhh it’s ok x it’s been a long hard slog with him I’m just grateful it’s coming to an end now x and I’m hoping I get my home back for the kids and me and a decent settlement. He’s told me numerous times he would rather kill me than me get anything so let’s see eh x

The fact all these transactions have been in the last couple of months too will surely stand out the judge?? I just feel worried he’s going to get away with it all x

Mine ran through his £100k + pension fund in a year. The Judge at Final Hearing wasn't impressed when he then claimed poverty.

Oh wow x that’s crazy x did you come out of it all ok? I feel if this goes on much longer he will end up getting rid of close to that amount
he’s already hiding proceeds of a house sale which he cleared 100k on 😫 the 4 remaining properties are all in his name and I’m sharing a bed with one of the children at a family members house because he refuses to leave the fmh!!!! And still receiving treatment for cancer!! Oh the joys eh x

He might be trying to conceal money by “giving” it to family members who’ll later return it to him. It looks really dodgy.

Register your rights on all the other properties.

What a piece of shit he is. This is full on financial abuse.

Home rights have been registered recently and his response was to call me a fcukin sl*t charming eh x he’s so cock sure he’s going to come out of this unscathed and it just unnerves me x he pays no maintenance for the little one and has been abroad twice this year most I could afford was an off peak caravan holiday x but we had the most amazing time x

At least he’s being really stupid about it @Peppersalty. Suddenly giving away large sums of money to family members in the space of two months is so obvious. Does he think that solicitors/judges won’t have seen this type of behavior before?!

SquishyGloopyBum · 15/11/2024 21:43

Is he writing things in messages to you about him being annoyed? Keep everything as evidence.

Also go to the CMS for maintenance.

Summerhillsquare · 15/11/2024 21:45

Have you got records of him threatening to kill you?!

2Hot2Handle · 15/11/2024 21:49

If there’s a property sale or other assets involved in the divorce, the judge could potentially award you a bigger percentage of it, to balance out funds that your ex has so generously donated to his family. Assuming your ex can’t prove that the payments were for something you’re jointly involved in.

Codlingmoths · 15/11/2024 21:52

Please go to the police and record your husbands threats, that sounds crazy. and if he communicates these insults in writing /text I’d submit them all to the solicitor and court.

He was dragged out of the house by 8 police officers March 2023 and I have text message and ring doorbell footage of everything he’s done x

The bank statements state for one payment loan repayment
the others have no reference just large amounts x
