Flinging custard-pie ire your way.

VersdeSociete · 06/11/2008 22:28

Do any of you dads go on those special sites about mobile phones? I occasionally consider having a look at one to see what DP is up to but then Iwake up screaming change my mind

DaDaDa · 06/11/2008 22:53

Anacronym....? I'd be careful about flinging those custard pies on grounds of dimness.

DadInsteadofMum · 07/11/2008 00:25

Pedant attack II - An anancronym is ... can't be bothered

Lesbean · 07/11/2008 01:52

I think we all know that thing that is Morrisey (but cannot speak for all!!). Its the hmmm feminine side coming through .
Unquiet. Have just re-read through the post, that dadsnet.net thingy? Not too busy is it! and on general reflection its one sided, not that i have been posting on there , but mn appears to be a more 'open' discussion. (Or am i missing your point)

zippitippitoes · 13/11/2008 01:39

"kevlar because it is like racing in a shoclingly nice fast baot"

"tho i guess it means drums still makes me think of sails"

It's actually the name I used when playing games online; I named myself for the one thing I really, really needed in a game of Counterstrike...

BarcodeZebra · 18/11/2008 22:05

Yo. Here!

Better late than never.

Although, to join the discussion, I think a few folk on MN have been shocked to discover that I'm a bloke.

Not sure if I should be flattered or appalled...

PadDad · 22/11/2008 06:37

I looked at that other site.

Does seem a bit lonely over there, but I was really glad to discover a thread about 'Little Kickers', football classes for toddlers.

I was thinking of taking my daughter.

Does anyone have any experience of these? Or is there a thread about it on Mumsnet?

stubbleonchin · 22/11/2008 23:06

Lonely!! U can see the tumbleweed and the blue is threatening to turn to green mould.
On the other hand glad you found a useful post.

Will ask my sis as her dd, used to and still does, 3 yrs now, go to these.
