LynetteScavo unfortunately, I have an almost photographic memory when it comes to things I am interested in. I do tend to be either far too technical which results in me being confusing for some people or I am basic. I know that may sound pompous but when it comes to bodies and health, most people want info in a basic form as a lot of people are actually scared of their bodies and what it does and how it works, but when I teach, I have to be technical and I sometimes cross over the two!
