So chaps... I want to know, was losing your virginity a big deal for you

Was discussing this with dh the other night and he didn't seem to think so but, to me it was.
I'll be honest I didn't go overboard about that to him (male pride and all).
I still remember feeling all shiny and new the next day and like a woman and it was a BIG event, (not great, but big, no, not like that, you swags).
So how was it for you?

Before it (finally) happened it was massive. Other people had done it, I hadn't and wondered if it was because I was hideous and would stay sad and single forever like one of my Uncles.

Anyway, when it finally happened I remember thinking "is that all what all the fuss was about?"

Quite possible.
Oldest virgin I knew was 28 - and he would
probably still be a virgin if I didn't persuade
him that online dating was not sleazy.

Glad to see that my dh isn't alone in thinking it was no big deal.
Bit horrified at VVV's and dinosaurs experiences, think that's horrendous.

just something that has been going thru my mind...lets say think taking someone's virginity is not something that appeals to me over much..well not once u get to my age anyway lolol

back to the op, it wasnt a huge deal, tho it was with my bf and yes, i did feel kind of "grown up" afterwards

it was disappointing tho i seem to recall
