..quite often I think it must be much easier to be a man than a woman.. except for the having to iniaite dating (generally). so tell me why I don't want to be a man?

OP posts:
nailpolish · 26/02/2007 15:12

why on earth would you think that

chacha3 · 26/02/2007 15:18

mgy friend`s always rush around for other half cooking, cleaning, bath runnin! we should be equals!

HappyDaddy · 26/02/2007 15:20

chacha, that's not cos they are men, it's cos they are lazy.

chacha3 · 26/02/2007 15:23

ha yeah maybe happy daddy so you one of those then or are you good to your other half?

NadineBaggott · 26/02/2007 15:26

has anyone mentioned shaving? dh hates it!

men are the ones that have to go to war
stay on a sinking ship
work longer than women
die earlier

that'll do for now

nailpolish · 26/02/2007 15:34

men have to drink disgusting pints of lager

not sugar free cranberry bacardi breezers

DrDaddy · 26/02/2007 15:36

Yes. I think we should be forced to drink even more disgusting pints of lager....

Twinkie1 · 26/02/2007 15:37

They have to wear pants to hold their brains in!!

boredwithwaitingforminiMOSSY · 26/02/2007 15:37

My dh would say, "men are the ones who have to put up with mardy heavily pregnant women"

HappyDaddy · 26/02/2007 16:12

I only have to shave every other day so no problem.

Women go to war now, you know.

Beer is disgusting, forcefeed loads and loads to me if you want to punish me .

I'm the primary carer, chacha, so what do you think?

Kevlarhead · 26/02/2007 19:05

"men have to drink disgusting pints of lager..."

Not true. Those of us who are secure in our sexuality can quite happily sit in a pub with a Smirmoff Ice while all around are downing pints.

HappyDaddy · 26/02/2007 20:47

Smirnoff Ice and secure in your metrosexuality do not go together!!

mymama · 26/02/2007 22:24

Thought of another one....

HAVING to perform in the bedroom or it is...ummm..."noticed". Women can get away with a less "physical" performance without the pressure.

20 mins to poo is probably an exaggeration it is more like 15 .

at 3 mins about sex. What do you do for the 15 mins you are on the toilet? That would mean 3 times......

mymama · 26/02/2007 22:24

5 times

HappyDaddy · 26/02/2007 22:26

Having to perform? You mean WANTING to perform!

bandstand · 26/02/2007 22:26

women can get away with it eh? i will let you know

they're the ones that have to go downstairs at the dead of night when you've heard a noise

or get in the loft in the early hours when freezing cold water hits the back of their neck from a leak (dh did this )

also get up in the middle of the night to foot pump the kids blow up mattress when on holiday camping (it had a slow puncture)

I stayed in bed on all 3 occasions

Its dead simple. As a maried man I have to clear all expenses via the spending committee. The spending committee has no such obligation.

I know my place. Its wherever I'm told it is....

DrDaddy · 27/02/2007 22:17

FIS - having a penis is great! And being able to go into public loos and using urinals without touching anything (apart from the obvious) is brilliant. These are real pluses of being a man...

cori · 27/02/2007 22:25

Men dont get to have babies. I always thought my Dh is just a little bit envious that my body can grow and deliver a baby (pain and discomfort aside of course)

HappyDaddy · 27/02/2007 22:48

Funny, I'm not jealous at all that you gt to carry a growing, moving child inside you. I have enough trouble with wind!

PiusIX · 27/02/2007 23:53

I'd choose to be a woman up to the age of 30 and a man after that.

Sorry
