What is it single men want?

I know this is probably a stupid question, but having been single on and off for 5 years post separation, I'm wondering whether I'm looking at the wrong age range (men my age) and should be looking younger. I'm not looking for marriage & definitely no more children, but I would like somebody who has the stamina to keep up and emotional depth to stick around for a while and appreciate my cooking and caring skills. As a single mum spontaneity can take some planning, but surely there are some men in the same boat too? Also, when did it become acceptable not to say why you aren't interested in a second date instead of just not making contact? I?m no supermodel-being on the curvaceous side-but I?m not fat, stupid or dull either. I work full time in a mainly female environment which doesn?t help, but why has the man I left for drinking & being sexless got himself settled and I?m still floating?

Pannini · 05/10/2006 21:00

Cowpat · 05/10/2006 21:00

maggiesmama · 05/10/2006 21:00

er. no i didnt. not sure i think telling someone you met about an hour before you want to piss in their mouth is either sensitive or civilised either, though, for what its worth

maggiesmama · 05/10/2006 21:01

Cowpat · 05/10/2006 21:01

Pannini - you have a queue of nice boys, a queue of lovely ladies, and yet, you are all single? How is that?

Pannini · 05/10/2006 21:02

Well, eermmmm.....nah, that is so piss poor. Hoping for a golden moment on a first date...no sense of timing. Hope you told him to piss off.. Not for the practice, just the social ineptitude.

alexsCURSEDMUMMY · 05/10/2006 21:02

Cowpat · 05/10/2006 21:08

Pannini · 05/10/2006 21:12
