I once did a survey of the number to posts in Dadsnet compared to posts in Pets Corner.

We were well short of horses, dogs and guinea pigs, level pegging with fish and only slightly ahead of snakes.

Sounds about right on the evolutionary scale.

As an update for anyone who finds themselves here looking to answers to the original posters question:

There is no Dadsnet apart form this side-forum. Although there are places out there on the interwebs dedicated to Dads, Unfortunately mumsnet won't allow me to post these links here.. for obvious reasons.

I know this is a necro thread but as mentioned above just get stuck in with questions on the main boards which cover most things. There is the odd topic that may be male specific and you can post but it might not get looked at much.
