Really struggling, my marriage is pretty much over, I feel alone, got no friends that I can just drop on to chat, dont want to pit pressure on my family due to there health issues.

Just really struggling. I am going to the gym a bit later so hopefully feel better after that, for a bit.

Oh well it's very easy to let friendships slide once married, and then you can be left isolated if anything goes wrong. Hope gym helps. And if you're really struggling still I recommend asking somewhere with more traffic. You could try the relationships bit of mumsnet although sympathy may be limited. Or even reddit just as there are more men there.
