I don't know where to begin tbh!

Alec Guinness
Christopher Walken
Julie Walters

the kids are bellowing so I can't think straight atm.

I think Damian Lewis is a massively underrated actor - anyone who saw the Forsyte Saga will know just how fantastic an actor he is.

Hugh Laurie as House - probably my single favourite character ever created for the small screen. He's just mindblowingly good in it.

Another vote for Al Pacino.

And Jessica Lange

I usually like Brenda Blethyn and also Alison Steadman.

Julie Walters is also the most excellent actress I always think.

Jean Reno in Leon, LOVE that film. Reno's character was compellling

Daniel Craig in Casino Royale, made me watch a bond film and he seemed so suited to the role not seen all of it but he seemed quite good in l4yer cake.

Oooh and one more, James McAvoy. he's so versatile. Loved him in Starter for 10 and have Last King of Scotland DVD waiting to be watched. He's great in most of the TV stuff he's done.

Alan Rickman in anything. He could read the phone book and I'd love it.
Ralph Fiennes in Schindlers List & the English Patient, but boy has he made some turkeys (Maid in Manhattan anyone?). On stage in Ivanov he was brilliant.
Ewan McGregor in Moulin Rouge (also the only film I've ever liked Nicole Kidman in)
Kenneth Branagh on stage and film in just about anything
Daniel Day Lewis on stage in Hamlet was amazing, and I count myself extremely lucky that I was fortunate enough to see it.

Juliet Stevenson - I would watch her in anything
Kate Winslet, good, but can be patchy and over the top, but I love her anyway.
Emma Thomson - the only decent thing in an otherwise diabolical Love Actually.

I'll stop now Ooh, and Michael Caine, just because.....well, he brings class to anything, even if he's only doing it for the money
No, I really will stop now!

Jim Broadbent.

Love him in everything, ever. Only good thing about Moulin Rouge.

Love Tom Wilkinson, too.

And Judi Dench.
