I'm sure you all know that he was the chief suspect in the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier. I guess we'll never know for sure if he was the murderer. I'm sorry for Sophie's son who probably feels that he has been denied justice.

Oh I must look into that other podcast, thanks.
The other thing that chills me about him is that he started the rumours about her having multiple men at the house - at the very beginning of the podcast you hear him saying it. Turns out all the men apart from one were family members. Even if he didn’t do it (and I think he did) what kind of person makes up lurid details like that about a poor woman who has just been brutally murdered. He was a cold cold man who exploited every situation for himself.
I once witnessed a woman I worked with completely lose control in a jealous rage, hitting her head repeatedly off some lockers. When she ‘came to’ she asked me what she had done when she was in that state. She couldn’t remember and it was only minutes earlier. Truly a blind rage. No alcohol involved.

Yes, it's incredibly chilling that he wrote such a thing and it persisted as a fact for a long time. Despicable.
