Police believe the body of the missing 14 year old has been found. Was hoping and praying it wouldn't end this way. His poor mother.

I’ve just been watching an interview with Fiona and her sister on YouTube.
At one point the journalist is taken to see the storm drain where Noah’s body was found.

It was not all as I had pictured it.
It looked absolutely terrifying.

I simply cannot think that Noah went in there voluntarily. ,
And yet that seems to be what the police are saying happened ?

And from Fiona’s podcast , no water samples were taken from the storm drain to compare with the water found in Noah’s lungs

WTF is going on here ?

That stormdrain, behind Northwood, an area he did not know, is the point the coroner and psni speculated that Noah entered. There is no evidence of that. They also speculate that he travelled the length of approximately NINE football pitches naked, barefoot, in the dark… that he somehow surmounted climbs, sheer drops and turns in complete pitch darkness to get to the point where his body was allegedly ‘retrieved’ near Fort William train care centre and M2.

That would be the ombudsman- which consists of mainly ex RUC (police prior to PSNi) and ex PSNi.

The coroner, Joe McCrisken, and the PSNI speculate that Noah entered at point A (the Northwood drain that is always shown in images/ nobody has seen any evidence of him entering the drain ) and travelled through a complex, hazardous, underground drain system in the pitch dark while barefoot and naked (his mum said he was terrified of the dark), to be then found around point B. This is around the length of 9 football pitches. The police and coroner speculate that Noah drowned… in mere inches of water. His aunt has said there was no water damage to his body only on the palms of his hands and the soles of his feet (I am sorry as this is very distressing information- but his aunty Niamh has stated this publicly).

I don’t believe so. She has questioned the post mortem, the pathology report and asked why standard procedures were not followed.

Fiona had explicitly asked for water samples to be kept. This didn’t happen as, as far as I know, none were taken/ kept.

Fiona appears to be dealing with many similar issues/ tactics used by RUC/PSNI against legacy families. Failure to produce evidence, not providing files/ disclosure in a timely manner, providing documents which are unreadable (or that have large chunks of information missing) and failing to return items belonging to Noah 😔

Fiona sent approximately 90 written questions to chief Constable of PSNI Simon Byrne in August 2020. Despite being repeatedly asked when he would respond to those questions, he chose to wait until the anniversary of Noah’s disappearance to respond.

Fiona does not even have a date for his death. She doesn’t know on which of those 6 days that Noah passed away 😑

That is beyond horror Jam it's torture for her, not knowing. Why on earth weren't the results of the post mortem released to her? Are they supposed to wait until the inquest, is that standard procedure?I cannot get them out of my head today and poor Fiona is living this nightmare for nearly 2 years

It really is.

She did get pathology report but has questioned the information contained within it several times.

So far, it is a coronial inquest as police and coroner are still stating ‘no foul play’. They are not actively looking to prosecute anybody. They were pursuing corporate manslaughter against dept of infrastructure re the lock on the drain which was left off (according to their narrative which doesn’t make any sense).

Fiona has solicitor and barrister. I would imagine they are doing all they can to change this
