I don't think you need to be from NI, LadyEloise1. You could probably add corruption and racism to your existing list of reasons. Similar to the murder of Stephen Lawrence in London, it certainly can't be explained by plain old police incompetence. BBC Question Time is from Belfast tonight. It would be very good to think that someone might get to ask a question about the lack of a proper police investigation for Noah and about the use of Public Interest Immunity Certificates.

Of the 95 houses on the street where Noah was last seen, there is no knowledge of 52 of them - yes, more than half - ever having been spoken to by the police.

Those we have knowledge of being spoken to by the police (PSNI), only 4 have given statements.

There is an undisclosed number who did answer the PSNI review questionnaire, later "denied" the questionnaire response and "refused " to give statements.

Regarding resources: Be comforted to know if you ever are in a traumatic situation the PSNI call on "traffic police constables" to be your liaison officers when your child has been missing after 3 days.

All we ask for is full information. A thorough house to house enquiry. Statements from all houses in Northwood Rd. A reconstruction. We asked for this for Noah nearly 2 years ago.

I believe there are so many good people on Northwood Rd. I need your help to get answers for Noah. He was a beautiful, thoughtful child. Help him. Please give a complete picture from the whole street. We have footage and information that asks questions. Please, so we can eliminate.

While the Spotlight programme is not directly about Noah, it is good to see at least some of the wrongdoing and culture within the police (PSNI) being exposed. We live in hope for a brave whistleblower to come forward for Noah. It will only take one. 💙

Maria Nolan, 30, lived at a hostel close to Noah's home. It has been reported that Noah's mum had complained about anti-social behaviour outside the hostel and that Nolan and Daryl Paul, 34, were outside the hostel on the day that Noah disappeared and watched him leave. It has also been reported that Nolan made but then retracted statements that Noah was later assaulted.
