Has anyone tried the Octopus crystal ball toggle?

I did mine it's predicting £800 for January. Ugh! Insane

Given the news today I wouldn't do anything until Thursday!

A loan to energy companies (just to clarify).

A loan to the energy companies that we then apparently pay back by having higher bills for TWENTY YEARS.

Apologies, the tax payer will be picking up the bill for it..

Mine is jumping up way more than the prices- it is presuming that I will use lots more electricity in December and January.

I take regular readings, and know that I won't. (Don't have gas so just electricity)

I always take these predictions of how much I will use with a pinch of salt- but that's because I monitor so closely I can fairly accurately predict what it will cost me.
(Currently I use about £85 a month)

My crystal.ball reading was around £400pm over the winter we pay Direct debit £140 now for a less than £100 actual bill. I'll wait and see what happens this week. I cant afford it so 😫
