I have a very fat barrel spaniel Blush even fighting fit in the summer he's a gorgeous wee chunk (show type cocker).

But you are supposed to see ribs when they move. My visla is lithe. Most unlike his buddy.

cag I got the 3 party things too, just had the camembert triangles, am cheesed out! Motzarella sticks and goujons stashed for later! Also got the freezer tea for £5. Did my brood plus peas. Spent £17 in the coop.

wreck you look super in that. Definitely wear it!

Feel groggy tonight, I have one sore tonsil. Why just one? Ugh, early night.

Fluffycloudland77 · 05/12/2017 19:05

Wreck You look a proper hottie in that.

Need It doesn't look that hard. It specifies heating on the hob but I'll try it in the sc eventually. It would save me loads, I get through 4 a week & have to have organic due to allergies.

Laska5772 · 05/12/2017 19:10

aggh.. such a busy week so far and now i'm trying to pack to go away and I really cant think..

Laska5772 · 05/12/2017 19:18

All fine I'm looking forward to Florence! One more day at work then off until 18th ( although we dont fly out until Friday and ill be back in UK before then.. ) .

Cagliostro · 05/12/2017 19:52

Exciting laska bet it'll be a fabulous trip.

Awww at need's cute dog and phwoar at wreck's outfit! :o

Accidental NSD today as due to epic roadworks at the station the buses are super screwed. I didn't plan well enough so didn't make it to tap class. Trying to make the most of the extra time with housework and such.

Evening all, just realised its nearly 8pm Confused not sure where my evening has gone!

Looking good Wreck I have got my works Christmas do on Friday as well.

Well done on the grant Sunny Star

Lovely doggy Need agree with Wreck though that you would be unlikely to get blood test just to check everything is o.kay unless you have specific symptoms or concerns.

Work was busy today so am tired, NSD though Halo

listsandbudgets · 05/12/2017 20:26

Yesterday - luch with friend £7. Yet more christmas presents £24 TK Maxx and £21.70 in M&S where I also got the wrapping paper £12 in Sainsbury including a tub of celebrations for some competition DD is running with her friends at school. £20 as deposit for HUGE turkey and gammon ordred from butchers for Christmas and put the rest of balance in savings account for later in the month though should be enough in my pot of £2 coins to pay for them.

Today £7.80 or whatever it was on a prescription charge

Think that's the lot for now. Haven't had a chance to read all your posts yet but felt the need to confess my sins!! Will read all of yours in the morning

mammymammyIRL · 06/12/2017 05:49

Not up to date - planned to run this morning was up with ds during the night, cancelled alarm, woke up & it's raining so I've changed my mind & will pay €4 to use treadmill instead at gym for 20 mins Shock

mammymammyIRL · 06/12/2017 05:51

Shocked with replies about needs bloods here, in Ireland they'll do blood work for you any time you like, we pay for our gp care though well people who work do, maybe that's the reason.

mammymammyIRL · 06/12/2017 05:53

Wow wreck that's fabulous - just add some glitzy jewellery & you're sorted! Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 06/12/2017 06:33

YY wreck. Looks fab, accessories and your are off
Lovely dog. Trying to work or how we can get another dog as the DC love them.

ememem84 · 06/12/2017 06:50

Woowoo wreck looking hot!

Enjoy Florence laksa make sure to go to the covered market and go up the bell tower in the place (near the huge statue of the golden turtle and also the one of David in the Piazza della signiora). You get great views from there and will be able to see the doumo of the cathedral. We didn’t go in the cathedral as the queues were ridiculous but it’s an impressive building.

Make sure to go to the Ufitzi gallery too.

And remember to have at least one gelato every day. Different flavours. You and dh cannot have the same. You must try as many as you can.

Visiting the vicar today to talk about ds’ christening and hopefully get it booked. Eeek.

lifelongfrugaleer · 06/12/2017 07:23

Have a lovely time laska

Yesterday £10 on cinema snacks. £12 Morrison's

WreckTangled · 06/12/2017 08:37

Oh em that'll be nice, neither of mine are christened, will you get ds a proper christening gown?

Have just paid off the lapland holiday £2500. Dh's credit card is at 0 all we have now is the loan and a small overdraft.

SnugglySnerd · 06/12/2017 08:43

Have a great time Laska.

Did the shopping for just over £60 this week which is the lowest it's been for ages. Didn't buy any cat food, alcohol or nappies though as we have plenty.

Girliefriendlikesflowers · 06/12/2017 09:19

Morning all Smile day off today which is nice, am still in my pjs!

Not a lot planned, need to take girl cat to the vets at 11 and will prob have a look in Dun Elm as its next door. Also will pick a few bits up in Aldi other than that may start thinking about wrapping a few presents Shock

Just checked the bank account, its looking a bit sad but tax credits and child benefit should just about keep me from going over drawn.... we normally get paid early before Christmas which makes Jan interesting!

mammymammyIRL · 06/12/2017 11:11

Wow wreck you're doing really well with reducing your debt! Well done and your work life balance has improved too.

I've requested to finish 2.5 hours early one day per week in summer holidays next year, has basic approval anyhow, i might continue it all year long if it's acceptable!

Girly sounds like a nice morning for you
Snuggly love those shopping weeks Smile

Bank balances looking good but mortgage coming out tomorrow, it's also my pay day too. Christmas shopping almost complete too Grin

Laska have a fantastic holiday Grin

Spent €85 on 2 Christmas hampers for db, my dm will reimburse some or all of it. Its all goodies from home being sent to Canada.

MissingMo · 06/12/2017 13:31

Afternoon All, quiet around here. Have a spendy 2nd of the week so have been trying to save money at the start of this week. Bought some earrings as presents on Amazon £17 four for three and some cellophane to wrap some presents £5 plus a big Tesco shop £35. Have a Christmas market tomorrow and a big day shopping and lunching saturday so will not spend anything other then those two occasions hopefully.
Taking the baby to be weighed today. Will pop in to see dsis.

Girliefriendlikesflowers · 06/12/2017 13:43

I was thinking it was a bit quiet round here, could it be possible that people have actual real lives to keep them occupied?? Grin Nah surely not Wink

Spendy morning, the vets cost £44 Sad girl cat has an infection in her mouth and has got antibioics. Also picked up a load of cat food £20 which will hopefully last us till after Christmas now. Having spent that lot I decided against going to Dun Elm and went to Aldi instead Grin

£55 in Aldi, approx £20 of that was on non food stuff including £10 on a bird feeding station which i will add to dds bday stuff. I had been looking at them in Pets at Home where they were £15.

No more spends this week!!

ememem84 · 06/12/2017 13:44

Christening booked. Ta da!

Ds won’t wear a christening gown. There is a family one (my side). I wore it to my christening and it’s almost 200 years old. I was only 6 weeks old when I was christened though. Ds will be almost 8 months. And won’t fit in it. It was probably very beautiful but it’s a bit yellow now. And super delicate.

ememem84 · 06/12/2017 13:48

I’ll buy him a smart outfit nearer the time.

Fluffycloudland77 · 06/12/2017 14:59

No, no life here Grin

£7.50 top up shop. £6.50 after the mince pies have been claimed.

I made parmintier potatoes the other night, Dh really likes them so I'm doing them again. Super cheap & I've saved the oil to use again. I didn't add any herbs as herbs are viewed with suspicion by Dh.

Shot myself right in the foot there, chips will be off the menu now.

Wreck You have done so well to reduce your debt like that.

Loveabaconsandwich · 06/12/2017 15:42

If going to a 6 year old Christmas performance counts, then I have a life (for once). DD had a great time dancing away to the songs, not quite sure why her classmates weren’t as into it as her Xmas Grin

£42 hair cut
£10 Wilko on Christmas tat
£25 in Tesco

Reduced lamb chops for dinner 😋 which I must get on and cook as I fancy roasties too

Cagliostro · 06/12/2017 15:45

Nope no life here! Might actually leave the house for fun tomorrow though so maybe that counts. :o

WreckTangled · 06/12/2017 16:00

Nope just working here! Just about to go in for ds' parents eve!

I also paid my dad back the last of the money I owed him. Tbf though it's all from selling the car. We will get there though.

I've got nothing booked in at work tomorrow it's going to be so boring.
