I bought Norton 2 weeks ago Sad

was only £25, not £28+, but still

changer22 · 25/11/2011 12:16

MrsKitty I use my KitchenAid for meringues (as well as cakes). We have chickens so they are an 'easy' supper. It's fab. I'd never made them before but my friend who doesn't have a KA assures me it takes forever to make them by hand!

Tortoise · 25/11/2011 12:20

I see WWE 12 there now. It's on DS2 list but if I buy it, it comes up marked as claimed on the item and he will see it. (like he did yesterday!) I want the flip cam and some boots!

Asda crap so far!

MrsKitty www.amazon.co.uk/KitchenAid-K45SS-Classic-Stand-Mixer/dp/B000744SZW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1322223731&sr=8-1

This is the kitchen aid on the offer, and some of the wiser mn'ers on here said last year it went for £150!

Right I want the blu ray player ok, so if everyone can take a lunch break at 1.30 I'd be most gratefull Grin

LaterAlligator · 25/11/2011 12:29

MrsKitty According to the Amazon email it is this Kitchenaid model:

Kitchenaid

However, if you get one and I don't I may have a tantrum Grin

LaterAlligator · 25/11/2011 12:31

Doh! Should have refreshed before I posted

TheHumancatapult · 25/11/2011 12:41

wow telescope went fast clicked as soon as it came but then said waitlist full

MrsKitty · 25/11/2011 12:42

Thank you Grin. I'm very much umming & ahhing over it. Not sure where I'd put it for one thing!

MrsKitty · 25/11/2011 12:43

Just clicked your links...It is beautiful though, isn't it...

MrsChemist · 25/11/2011 12:44

I'm very tempted by the flip camcorders too. My iPhone doesn't stand up to all the PFB and PSB pictures and videos I need to take of the DCs.

My commitment to the cause knows no bounds. I am currently checking amazon in Nando's.

Jux · 25/11/2011 12:47

OMG! I got the cute little silver/diamond earring and necklace for dd!

AtYourCervix · 25/11/2011 12:49

mmmmmmmm MrsC - what you having?

MrsChemist · 25/11/2011 12:51

Medium half Of chicken with Peri peri chips and spicy rice Grin

LaterAlligator · 25/11/2011 12:52

Ooh Nando's! My brother is coming over to visit fir Christmas & he is under strict instructions to bring me a bottke of Nando's peri peri sauce! (I can't find peri peri sauce anywhere here)

Jux · 25/11/2011 12:56

And now I am umming and ahhing about the Lorraine Pascale books. Has anyone tried any of her recipes? Are they any good? They look OK on tv but that means nothing really. Was considering giving them to dh as he likes looking at her.

Jux · 25/11/2011 12:58

Nando's would be nice ... I am confined to bed, there is no food until dh gets back from shops, am v hungry

cjbartlett · 25/11/2011 12:59

my famous five books just came, they're great! very fast delivery, amazon delivery poeple must be working overtime!

ouryve · 25/11/2011 13:00

Well, my Brian Cox books arrived half an hour ago, but the stuff i ordered on Tuesday hasn't yet. Just checked my order status on my account page and it turns out that Yodel had them as out for delivery, yesterday, but now there's a message saying "Possible delay in delivery due to arrival at incorrect carrier facility" which I guess means they were given to the wrong driver. Bleeding eejits.

oreocrumbs · 25/11/2011 13:00

Jux I have my copies here!

I havn't made anything yet but they look looooovely - and not complicated - I recomend Grin

Does anyone think the last 9pm clue is a samsung galaxy phone or tablet perhaps????

OoopsWeDidItAgain · 25/11/2011 13:08

I'm guessing Kitchen Aid at 6pm -clue is 'this is no wooden spoon'.

Please let me win, please let me win, please let me win ....

AtYourCervix · 25/11/2011 13:14

oh my.

IPL at 3.15!!!!!

I think I might have to.

MrsChemist · 25/11/2011 13:15

Nando's has been completed :)

I'm shocked at how quickly the telescope went.

MinnieBar · 25/11/2011 13:21

After careful consideration I'm definitely not going to go for the KitchenAid - it only mixes. OK, my ancient food processor thingy isn't a design classic and is scuzzy but it chops in various ways as well as mixes. And I'm not forking out another £150 on the attachments. Humbug.

AtYourCervix · 25/11/2011 13:22

bollocks to the kitchenaid when i could rid myself of my gorilla-esque furry bits.

SugarAndSpiceMistletoeAndWine · 25/11/2011 13:28

Thehumancatapult I bought the telescope earlier in the week and it is going back as not that great. Alternatively if you really want it I could try and tell Amazon that I am keeping it after all and you could have it??
