SD card isn't reduced by much. Not that desperate for one!

i like that watch too.

the picture flashes up as the deal starts. but if you wait that long for good stuff it'll be gone by the time your brain registers what it is.

housemum · 21/11/2011 11:15

Last year I got one good deal, a £50 camera that was supposedly half price, but still was about £25 cheaper than anywhere else, and a cheap SD card but it was a Sandisk one at a heftily reduced price - wouldn't have bought this year's as I don't know the make and prices have come down anyway. Also bought the Leapfrog Tag reader for £15, which DD3 is getting for Christmas this year as she was too young for it last year!

Nothing exciting me yet, I did buy the stripy socks for DH as we used to take the p out of him for his bright socks long before Peter Jones started flashing his on Dragon's Den. (and I have no idea what else to get him!).

Bought a Kindle for DD1 which I am not going to take out of the packaging and load until I know for definite that there are none going on offer this week - the rate they were flying off the shelves in Tesco, though, I'd be surprised if Amazon reduced them - after all, that's their own profit as they make and sell them, whereas things like the Wii have probably slowed in sales so I bet Nintendo would give them a discount to push them on a Black Friday deal.

AtYourCervix · 21/11/2011 11:32

MrsChemist · 21/11/2011 11:38

Yey! A Black Friday thread to keep me company. Not terribly impressed so far - though did get DH the Brian Cox books - and actually remembered that I had a £5 Amazon voucher before paying and not after!

Did anyone do it last year?

EsmeWeatherwax · 21/11/2011 12:31

Tortoise · 21/11/2011 12:31
