If you/your child/someone you know etc have health issues as a result of covid, what number infection was it and when was it? Mine was Easter 2022 and my first infection, although other issues arose from another infection.

Just wanted to add, I reluctantly got myself a mobility scooter and it's been amazing to go out and do things with my kids again :)

September 2021 was my first infection and that triggered my long Covid. I’ve had over a year of sick leave from my job and multiple relapses when I’ve tried to return to work full time. I’ve had Covid several times since (caught in a variety of countries) and those subsequent infections made zero difference either way.

Caught Covid January 2021. Seemed to recover then Long Covid hit like a sledgehammer. Much better now, though fatigue is an ongoing problem and often feel as if the top part of my lungs doesn't work properly, though nothing showed up on X ray. If i was still teaching, I'd have to sign on sick. There are over 2 million of us....

Mine was October 2022 but I didn’t really recognise what was wrong and then I got reinfected and by August 2023 I was bedridden (have recovered some capacity since then but I’m not fully recovered by any means)
