How is covid presenting itself now?

Just wondering how covid is presenting itself.

I went on a cruise holiday and it was OK but I wasn't happy with what I observed.

There were many people coughing and it was productive and looked as if it was coming from the chest.

I was on a tour bus and there was cough after cough from people.

A few days after that, I felt like I was starting a cold. Then I developed a cough. By evening I found a fever over 38. It was slow to respond to paracetamol. My cough was coming from my chest. I never once had a cold move into my chest so quickly.

I am up and down in feeling well and then I am getting caught up in my chest at times and the fever is up and down and the temp remains high. I took define this morning and it responded to that.

Just wondering if covid is starting off in the chest now.

There was so much bad manners on that cruise ship. It was awful.

A cough could be anything. I’ve had a cough for the last week and it definately isn’t Covid (even had a PCR test) but I’m hardly going to shut myself away for a mild cold.

I have it now, Slightly sore throat. a bit of a cough and a very blocked up nose. I feel a bit hot from time to time and a bit below par. I had my Moderna booster jab 10 days ago, so presume the symptoms are not too bad for that reason.

I have it right now, I was exhausted most of last week, tested positive on Friday just feeling very very achy and run down. Saturday I had horrendous sinus pain which had continued into today but feel much better than Friday. My allergies seem hightened, I have to take antihistamines all year round anyway but this weekend nothing is stopping the itchy throat and nose.

Had it a month ago. First day just felt wiped out. Second day aching, headache, really sore throat & fever (negative test). Third day very bad throat & temp of 39, slept for about 12 hours. Same next day and then had positive test. No cough at all or loss of taste/smell. Only started with sneezing / bunged up nose on day 6 when I tested negative!

I’m on day 3. First day was a mild sore throat and some fatigue - didn’t think much of it, at night I was very cold and went to sleep in my dressing gown. Second day, my ears were blocked and my sore throat persisted, day three, sore throat disappeared, chills also disappeared and all I have now is blocked ears. I am extremely fortunate I got off lightly with covid (so far, anyway)

I have it currently. Woke up with weird chest pain yesterday (intense pressure over breastbone) and then started to feel a bit generally under the weather. Did a test as I was due to be seeing my elderly parents and lo and behold it was strongly positive immediately. By the end of yesterday I was in a bad way - raging temperature interspersed with bad chills, pounding head and muscle aches and a persistent cough. Throat feels like it's been sandpapered but isn't actually sore. Not much fun to be honest and definitely not 'just a bit of a cold'.
