Tested positive on LFT last Thursday (had some left over from work testing). Positive PCR on Friday (ONS study and was scheduled anyway).
Has felt like a bad cold but starting to feel better now. Lft today is still positive but much lighter.
According to the gov guidance and my covid app after I inputted the positive result I should avoid going out until midnight tomorrow - I think this is regardless of lfts now? But avoid vulnerable people until Sunday (have cancelled seeing grandparents this week etc but would have done that for a bad cold anyway).
Is this the guidance everyone else is following?
Also - would you take the dog out? Have a private hire field booked tomorrow and she's been going mad stuck in the house. There's 0 chance of anyone else being there and I know it's not illegal but I feel uneasy.
