Who declared a minutes silence? It can’t have been an official thing as Parliament didn’t observe it.

Not consciously. I wasn't aware of it. I was following the Forstater v CGD tribunal hearing but I was very quiet and not ranting or anything.

I didn’t know there was one and I read proper newspapers and everything.
