I think my 10 week old has Covid

DH and I have been positive all week. DD has been a bit snotty, a bit sneezy, but nothing significant. Today she has slept pretty much all day and is hard to wake (I've been trying to feed every two hours). No temperature or coughing, but just not her usual alert self.

Should I be doing anything I'm not already?

Thanks @MalbecandToast - I think she's a little better. She had quite a disturbed night and is pretty tired and snotty this morning, but much less lethargic. Hopefully on the mend!
