Sorry if this doesn’t make complete sense. I feel so I’ll. I’m awaiting a PCR which I had this morning. I’ve been unwell since Friday evening with temp of 38 - 39.5. Paracetamol does bring it down a bit. I have a slight cough and lower back pain, nausea and a horrible smell banging headache and can barely move from bed. I’m triple jabbed and had covid at Christmas time but feel so much more Ill now. Am 59. Plan on calling the GP in the morning. Am on my own.
Shall I call 111 now? They might just say see the gp eh? Drink plenty etc.

@FantasticFebruary

Thanks for asking. Was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday. Was nothing to do with my urinary system, I was set on the wrong course from day one.

Am on the mend now, and am focusing on that rather than the days of suffering like I never have before. I think making building good health as my top priority will make me feel safer for one thing. That and the good tip I was given to make one trip to the kitchen, make up a flask of hot water, and pack a bag with everything you might potentially want for the day. Smile

That means a lot…thank you! I have to say over the many years I’ve been a Mumsnetter that’s the treasure. Women supporting women.

Yep, for all it's changed over the years, it's still somewhere you'll find someone to help, chat or whatever when you need it! I hope that never totally changes.
